I love pets. Dogs especially. Love mastiff breeds and st. Bernard. This place was nice. Very wholesome and the staff were knowledgeable. The odour of the place was slightly off putting but other than that...

Awesome place, animals enclosures were clean and they looked happy. Easy access for wheelchairs. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Was great to see yhe animals where in decent size enclosures at everything was extremely clean. The staff are a credit to the store! They deserve a pay rise
It's all about the animals. Every fur baby has the best space waiting for the right forever family to arrive. The kittens have an play space so you can see how they interact & socialise with each other. Huge range of quality products.
We had a fantastic experience adopting a bunny rabbit last week at RSPCA Tuggerah. All the staff were very welcoming and we were provided the opportunity to meet three bunnies for our daughter who is 3. The staff, especially Sara- Louise were super patient with us and gave us so much to time to decide, answered all our questions and helped us choose the best products we needed..overall an awesome adoption experience thank you so much!

It's a massive shame that RSPCA Tuggerah has been closed down permanently by a greedy corporation that are more worried about their bottom line over the health and walfare of the animals. As I work in the same shopping centre it was very distressing to see all the lovely staff members leaving in literal tears midway through the day, presumably being walked on the spot. I hope the animals have not been neglected by such a reckless and abrupt decision.
